We are unable to recover VNC services like we originally thought, please allow us up to 24 hours to recover this service.

All front-end web services should now be recovered. We shall be updating this task status to pending and scheduling maintenance to install a new drive and remove the faulty drive in the hypervisor running our frontend infrastructure, a date and time for this shall be posted within the coming day. Despite running on an isolated drive, we continue to maintain offsite backups and customer data is safe.
